HOnestly I am half Chinese and can tell you that Fast Food ...North American CHinese style cuisine is lacking !!! The foods I grew up with my papa (Grandpa ) making were awesome and would beat the hell in tatse of everything . I don't live in the States but I can tell you here in Canada...their is CHinese restaurants that do authentic Chinese food . My husband is Italian . I have taken him to a few restaurants I know . And even he can tell the difference just by walking in ...lol These restaurants are filled with Chinese and their families .The othe rrestaurants only have westerners.My grampa is Cantonese and sorry Chicken balls ...and the egg rolls North Americans eat are not on his menu !I use to love Italian food till my mother in law kept making me some type of Pasta dish every day ! But the ther stuff she makes is great ...

3- Mexican ( as we spent 2 months in Mexico and my husband became ill after aweek eating everything ) sorry just bad memories thats all

Omg. This is sooo not fair. Cashew Chicken and Mandarin Chicken from the Chinese end, Quesedillas and Tacos from the Mexican, and Pizza, Fettucini Alfredo and Olive Garden's yummy breadsticks from the Italian. I'm going Italian, more good things lol

Mexican! I love enchiladas... but I've never had good rice at a restaurant...
Italian is easy for even me to make!
I've yet to discover a really good Chinese restaurant, I usually go for Korean or Japanese if I'm craving something like that.
