Cell Phone Replacement?

I am thinking of buying a 650 from a guy at work for $60. I was wondering can I put it on my account, insure it and about a month later file a claim against it and get a better looking used Treo 650 from my insurance.

It's just a cell phone. Wouldn't it be better to honor and value yourself and your ideals rather than planning on how you can cheat other people? It gets you nowhere and costs everyone else in the long run. Honesty is still the best policy. It's really nice to sleep at night and know your decisions have been upright.
