Ok, now i know the virginity have connections with the hymen, but,?

I have a question... but this time in more proper way to ask.. i ve got the wrong idea about the understanding of the hymen and virginity... yes.. women lost thier virginity only through sex... but how about hymen... can hymen of a virgin girl will be torn if she involves in physical training like martial art and gymnastics? are there any specific ligamen for the hymen that only through penetration (anything that penetrates) will the hymen be broken?

It can be broken by use if tampons even inserting a finger can break it. you dont need a hymen to prove that your a virgin.
