Because a diamond is unique, precious, beautiful even when it has flaws, pure, shiny, transparent, forever ... just like a mother.

Try to think of the countless sacrifices your Mother continues to make for you. Think of how much you love her and how much you need her...this should help you to begin to develop some ideas. Such as:

"A diamond is said to be a "girls best friend", but for my Mother, it's a means to an end...for she has never had one as rare as she...a Diamond of Love...is who my Mother is to Me."

or

"A diamond would place a smile one my Mom's face, because she didn't really get what she wanted for Christmas, mainly because she spent all of her money on me so that I would have all that I wanted for Christmas. (or you and your siblings)

or

"My Mom deserves the best. She is loving, supportive, charismatic, hardworking, a nurturer, great cook, a true friend, sweet, intelligent, and she is my everything." (25 words exactly with this one)

Just some thoughts to get your brain motivated toward writing down some wonderful thoughts of your loving Mother. Good luck and be Safe...(smiles)

She deserves a diamond because she loves you and cares for you! Because she is a diamond of a mother. Because you love her! Because of all the things a woman wants (supposedly) are diamonds- after all they say diamonds are a girls best friend!

Noone works harder than a mother ie; taking care of the kids, laundry, cleaning, ironing, cooking, etc. and without pay. She is a true gem and deserves a diamond and so much more.

my mom deserves this diamond
I really thinks thats true
for all the things she manages
and what she'll say and do
for all of us that love her
and those she's barely known
it's time to give it up and
let her have that stone
