it's going up and down first it's 6 then 4 then 16 then 14 then 26 then 24 next you'll reallize that the pattern isn't just in the pattern but how the pattern is like the i just said they have a pattern.
so the next nuber you would do this:
27+14=41 then 41+26......so on and so on are u understanding this?

Here's the definitive answer:

1, 7, 11, 27, 77, 107, 111, 127, 177, 777, 1127, ...

One is the smallest number with one syllable
Seven is the smallest number with two syllables
Eleven is the smallest number with three syllables
Twenty-seven is the smallest number with four syllables
Seventy-seven is the smallest number with five syllables
One hundred and seven --> six syllables
One hundred and eleven --> seven syllables
etc.

Or if you don't say "and", the answer is:
1, 7, 11, 27, 77, 111, 127, 177, 777, 1127, etc.

In either case, the next number is 77 (seventy-seven is the first number with 5 syllables).

I do not think it properly defines a pattern.
(actually I think Puzzling has the best answer, but I do not think it is definitive.)

the answer is 41
it is 1,7,11,27

because
the difference btween the first two is 6,next two is 4,next two is 16
and the differenc between next two should be 14
the difference should be in this series is
6,4,16,14,26,24,36,34 ------------- so on

1,7,11,27..31..47

this is tough...i see a 1 first and then a 7...then the next answer is ---1 and ----7...maybe it starts counting off by adding numbers 1-though whatever...so 1,7,11,27,31,47,51,67

or it may be more simple...what if you added by 10...
1+10=11
7+20=27
idk lol
