Depends on how close. Check with your states marriage laws, and what your state considers incest. It is different in each state.

Cousins can marry. But when first cousins marry, because the blood lines are close, the children often have birth defects. With second or third cousins, when the blood lines aren't as close, the children are less likely to be effected.
I can tell from your posts that you are very conflicted about your involvement with one of your relatives. Can you talk to a mental health therapist about this? Obviously, you have strong feelings for this person that is related to you. No one can tell you whether or not to pursue this, but you need to know that the ramifications of you having children when the blood lines are close is disasterous.

Yes of course. Even first cousins can legally--it's not an "ew" factor if you didn't grow up together. Your kids will be fine genetically unless there is some recessive gene that may come out. If you are religious at all everyone knows --when Adam and Eve were here there was a limited number of humans on earth- and we are all descendants from them an we are all okay--right????

Depends. If the gene pool isn't too close. Second and Third cousins would be about as close as you should get. Otherwise you are asking for children like the banjo playing mutant on the movie, "Deliverence".

Yes, if they are no closer than cousins. Many states allow cousins to marry - not brother & sister. Check the marriage laws in your state to find out.

In some states it is legal to marry when second cousins. You may want to do a search on that one.
But, who would do such a thing. It is called incest.

I guess that depends on what state you live in and how "related" you actually are. (like 3rd cousins twice removed or your sibling)
