Where does this feeling originate? It is false guilt, do you think that people who are unable to feel guilt for their own actions, who have no boundries and no consideration for your feelings or rights, are the ones accusing you of the same thing,,, only if and when you say no to them. I think that there is balance, where their cup of holding guilt has hold in it, and our cup of having a conscience is leak proof, so we get all the guilt. And, howcome we feel guilty when we say no, but they have no guilt for abusing that privilege returning nothing back? Where and why did this evolve?

You see, it is all about a certain stage in human evolution. When we evolved to a certain point two things happened. One, we evolved this critical mass of intelligence-we can do what no other creature on the face of the earth can do. Two, we got a MORAL sense-something that no other creature on the face of the earth can do. And the supreme differnece between human and animal.
So basically it is all about people CHOOSING to be either good or bad. Some people choose to be bad and use their intelligence to taking advantage of a natural human instinct of cooperation and helping of each other. We, on the other hand, feel guilty because we know we refused to help another human being and though we know we have damm good reason why, we still have that instinct and feeling for others.
Therefore you must seperate the feeling for others from the instinct or act of helping them . You must say to youself that although I feel like helping them, there are damm good reason why, in this instance, you don't. Every person has a right of sticking up for themselves and self determination. What you must do is to recongnise when these people are seeking to make you feel guilty, make up your mind in your own mind to not be fooled, and politely-if sutiable- tell them so , straight to their face. You are not required by any law or ordinance, human or divine to help or acceed to any request at any time for everyone or anyone. You have your'e own interests to look after. After all would they look after yours or make it up to you from what you have lost , in helping them. No they wouldn't.
So these people misuse trust, kindness, generosity and decency. Put this scum where it belongs-in the garbage can of history and you make youself-by standing up for yourself- a future history which is your right, destiny, nature and future.
It is your'e life-take it- and defend it against all who would misuse and steal it . And ask these people if they press you: WHO ARE YOU TO INSIST ON ME HELPING YOU WHEN I CAN'T OR FIND IT VERY INNCONVENIENT, NOT RETURN ANYTHING BACK WHEN I DO AND THEN TURN ROUND AND JUDGE ME MORALLY . DON'T LOOK AT THE STYE IN MY EYE , LOOK AT THE BEAM IN YOUR'ES. Live you own life and tell these to f**k off. Best of luck, hope this helps.

anyone should not be feeling guilty only if they know what is the consequence of their actions, feeling guilty is only a weakness that can be treated
