The ions are K(+) and CO3(2-). For each formula unit of K2CO3 there are two K(+) ions and one CO3(2-) ion. So the answers are
K(+): 2*0.425 = 0.850 M
C(4+): 0
CO3(2-): 1*0.425 = 0.425 M
O(2-): 0
