You see it everywhere; at the park, in the streets, sometimes even in your own home. But how often do you think of it in the schools?

I asked one very important question to two different students who attend * on regular basics. The first student with the name of Alfonso Italiano stated: “That in this school (*) without any friends, I feel very unsafe because there are so many different people here. People just look at your appearance, and just want to make fun of you and make you feel very lonely and depressed. This causes emotional damaged, and this emotional damage that is caused can make you to feel very unsafe and insecure.”

"on a regular basis." or "attend * regularly."

The first student, Alfonso Italiano, stated, "... This causes emotional damage, and this emotional damage makes me feel very unsafe and insecure."

That would be the correct way to phrase it. However, if you're quoting him word for word, you can write what you just did and then write (sic) after what he said, to show that it's a direct quote but that you know his grammar is wrong.
