Hard to say. If "The Don" could keep out of range of "La Grossa" Rosie's range long enough for her to get winded, say 1.5 minutes, then Trump could take out her knee and then put her in a headlock and make her scream uncle.
Now if Rosie got lucky, she would go in hungry (both literally and figuratively) and picture Trump as Burger King's "Big King Triple" and leap on top of him. This would not only subdue Don but flatten him like a pancake and sending him to that big hotel in the sky where I am sure the gold angels and other decorations would suit him just fine....
My bet would be on Trump, as I am sure that Rosie's only exercise is while mouthing off or chowing down at the dinner table.

i might pay to make certain that. Trump has probable not at all been in a combat in his existence, and Rosie seems as though she's been pounded on a time or 2. She might completely harm him, and not even provide him a gamble to run away.

It would be a draw. They'd yell themselves to death. Probably no punching. They both look too soft to actually throw real punches. Well, Rosie is soft and Donald wouldn't want to mess up his hair.
