Know when you ovulate coz that's the time when you are most fertile and you can conceive. When ovulation occurs, your body produces a slippery, thin substance called cervical mucus to help facilitate the passage of sperm. Hence you need to examine yourself daily for a vaginal discharge that's transparent and stretchy between your fingers, like egg white, on your most fertile days. Know your cycle. If your cycle is 28 days long, that makes day 12-14 (counting from the first day of your last period) your most fertile day. But if you have a 30-day cycle, day 15-17 is the most fertile, and 32-dayers should go for it on day 18.

If you are trying to conceive, they say to have intercourse every 2 days, not everyday. The reason behind this is the sperm count and the effectiveness of the sperm is better when left for a day in between each attempt to conceive.

Good luck

When my husband and I decided we were ready to try and conceive we had sex every night before we went to bed and I got pregnant right away and I am now 31 weeks with a baby boy. It does not happen that easily for everyone but it will make your chances as good as they can get by having sex everyday. Good luck!

Simply experience yourself. Sperm stays reward to your physique for 5 to 7 days after intercourse. Even then, most couples do not get pregnant correct away. I consider the common for healthy younger couples is inside six months. You can have a better chance if you're cozy. Good good fortune.

My doctor told me that in general your most fertile days are 7 to 10 days after the START of your period. Those are they days to concentrate on! Ovulation tests (like a pregnancy test but for ovulation) work well and help narrow down your fertile days!

Yes, you should have sex everyother day if you are ttc! That is the best advice that I have received. Everyday is too much because the sperm cannot recouperate due to not enough time. Good Luck!!

I would say yes, simply because unless you are using advanced equipment, we can't determine the exact day of ovulation, however, we can narrow it down to within a 7 day period. If you really want to conceive have fun doing it and do it every day of ovulation.

As long as there are no known issues with your partner's sperm count, it's preferable to have sex every day. If his sperm count is lower than normal, though, have sex every other day instead.

Good luck!
