How do you get rid of cigarette odors in the office?

My boss smokes in his office, the odor travels through out the office. Even to the non-smoking areas. Is there anything cost effective, or even a natural home remedy, that can really kill the odor?
We have used many sprays, and odor neutralizers. They don't last long. Someone told me coffee grounds/beans in the ash tray helps eliminate the odor, is this true? Any good advice will help.

Even the House of Representatives can't smoke at work anymore!
If your boss insists on smoking in his office, there are effective air filters which he should supply for his employees and clients. I won't do business in an office that smells like smoke. Don't need to.
He is endangering the health of all his employees. If he doesn't make accommodations then he deserves to have himself sued. You guys might win his business in court!

Odor-Ban works really well. Spray it on the carpets and drapes along with a little bit in the air. It can also be used on upholstered furniture. (It can be misted onto his clothes too)

I read somewhere that if you put out cigarette butts into an ashtray full of kitty litter, that absolves much of the odor that comes out.

Use alot of fabrics softener once you wash your outfits & shop them able that doesn't smell like smoke. And Febreze could help, alongside with fragrance & fragrance. i've got had that situation too.

There is no smoking in the office. ask him to stop and that it is making everyone sick. if not sue him for endangering your health.
