Of all the states I have been to, the nicest I remember were (surprisingly) from California..in particular San Francisco. The people there stood out as very friendly..much unlike the people here in Idaho.

NO Oregon are prejudice and Washington police are tiered of people selling drugs there so there beating everyone up. My opinion is Australia

Categorically I eliminate North Carolina, Texas, and other southern states because of the historic and current racism there. I suggest Minnesota.

I vote for Kentucky. All the way....Texas is the worse I have been to.
