I am up to the last fused shadow in the water temple in Lake Hylia i just need some help on one tiny little thing and i'll be fine, i need the boss key but i don't know where it is and i bet if i did find it i couldn't get it because it was out of reach or locked up in a cage or something anyway whoever has already done this could you try and remember how or where you got the key to go through the boss room?

If you have the compass get every chest until you find the one with the big key. I would go over the whole dungeon myself looking for it but if you are this desperate, gamespot has a good online guide for twilight princess.
