Get the mother rabbit, milk her, put the milk into a bottle, and give the bottle to the new born.

If it is newborn, then mother's milk is the best thing for it--and keeping it with the mom for a while is the best outlook for it too since mom will teach baby a lot of stuff and baby will gain a better sense of self confidence if he can stay with mom for 8-10 weeks.

You don't, you will have to let the mama rabbit do it for a while, don't remember how long. After that, mom will teach them how to eat the same thing she eats.

Please get a book.
There is more knowledge you need than can be typed here. You want to avoid tragic mistakes.

Please reconsider breeding.
There are too many homeless bunnies right now. Look on petfinder.com. Look on the SPCA website. There are entire shelters devoted to nothing but bunnies.

It's not as easy as you think it is. Please educate yourself.
