No, since he can't enter the NBA lottery right out of high school, he has to be one year removed from his graduating class and 19 years old to enter the draft, so he'll have to go to college or prep school for a year before he can be in the draft.

Who is he, anyway?

Under the new NBA rules, imposed starting with the current NCAA freshmen class, players cannot enter the NBA until his high school graduating class is one year removed from graduation. Therefore he cannot "skip college" unless he chooses to attend a prep school for a year. I am assuming this guy is currently a HS senior.

u are aware that american high school players must play at least one year of college bball b4 being eligible for the NBA...that means he isnt any sort of pick at all, much less a lottery pick.
