My friend got one and wants to do something about it immediately as she has a date tomorrow. Other than make-up and the old steak on the eye bit, anyone have advice? I kinda doubt there is much to do about it now, other than makeup, but, well, lets see whats out there!! Thanx folks!!!

A black eye is just blood under the skin. The body will absorb it but it's not likely to be gone by tomorrow. Light make up will make it less noticeable, but that's about it. NO, STEAK will not do any good...old wive's tale.

cut a uncooked potato in half and put it in the fridge for a while so it can get cold and then hold it on your eye for a while, but i dont think its going to clear up in a day

Go find a leach and stick it on his eye

do the same thing again and make it a pair. that way one wont be so noticeable
