is it possible to get white skin without bleaching your skin, even afer your skin has been tanned naturally? (other than staying indoors all the time.)

you dont have to stay indoors, just dont wear short sleeves... it wouldnt be a good idea anyway... since its kinda... maybe... winter?

i have once watched a show on a girl trying to whiten her skin as she is tanned naturally, she put on sun block lotion before going out and wear a cap as well as carry an umbrella, she also goes for treatment in those skin specialist.
I am tanned naturally but i dont go to the extend of wearing cap and using umbrella whether i am out, but i will put on sun lotion before i go out of the house and every night before i sleep i will put on whitening lotion as well as drink fruit juice made frm carrot, green apple and star fruit for healthy skin. Once a week i will put on those whitening mask. I am now fairer compare to my primary school days.

Whiter skin? do you mean your own base color? Exfoliate and moisturize. You might want to you a luminescent lotion to bright the skin.
But honestly to go whiter than your own natural color you would need a cream....doctor prescribed works the best.
OK for arms and legs......take baths.....exfoliate....so you get your pink skin ...and moisturize! take off the cooked/tanned skin by soaking and exfoliating

There are lotions out there that can lighten skin. Do you know how much I pay every spring and summer just to have a nice tan?

well i was trying to do the same because my forehead is darker than the rest of my face, but i asked my mom and she told me that natural yhogurt w/lemon...i havent tried it though...=(

umm if u bleached ur skin.... ur skin would burn off... not kidding..
