I woke up this morning and there was snow on the ground about an inch. Throughout the day the wind has picked up and the temperature is now 13 degrees. I live in Pennsylvannia.

No snow here just feels like we are living in a freezer, it is 27 degrees and by tomorrow could be 10 degrees...here in South Dakota.
