My mother board is Asrock 775i945GZ with one 4xPCI express slot. Is my board compatible with 256 MB video card? If so, Please suggest me one good one.

Yeah it is. I like Nvidia. I think the 6600 series is a 256 MB card. If you go any larger than that like to 7600 series or better (512MB) you will have to put in some wattage to provide power for the card.

1st when u boot ur computer,on the start of boot tap delete continuesly and it will bring u to ur bios from there u can check if ur motherboard is compatible with 256 MB video card.
