I used to be that way. She was a Mrs. Cleaver homemaker, and I was her artist daughter. I tried like crazy to keep up to her standards. She's gone now. Today I keep a clean house, but I'm not obsessive about it. Will people remember my floors were waxed to perfection, or I made something beautiful that hung on the wall?

I always keep my house clean enough so I wouldn't have to worry about anyone coming over and being embarrassed.
