When my friend lived with her mom, she kicked her out of her house and car all the time. Since she was 14 she's been sent to live with various other people. She is not even aloud to spend the night at her mother's house, nor is she exactly welcomed to call her mom. The only reason her mom is even keeping custody of her is so she can claim her on taxes. Now she is in Tennessee and her dad has said that she should go back to Colorado, but her mother doesn't want her to do so. Right now, there are three houses that are welcoming her to come and live with them. Her mother doesn't want her to do that however. So my question is what does she need to do to get back to Colorado and live where she wants?

Another thing... Social services says they can't do anything...A cop told her if they could get to court with it (this is when she abandoned her daughter at the hospital) that she would be able to tell the judge where she wants to live.

How old is your friend? Depending on her mentality, the courts will let the child decide where they want to live as long as it is with people that are WILLING AND ABLE to support her. Check with the states that the people live in that are willing to take her in, the may be able to petition the court for guardianship of your friend. If there is somebody willing and able to take her in, then they need to contact an attorney and see where they can go from there.

specific she desires to speak with DHR,DHS what ever it is observed as the place she is. looks like she is sufficiently previous to be emancipated. If she has a place to stay (or a relatives that desires her) - they are in a position to step up and grant the money for a felony expert to record for momentary custody that could desire to final till she is eighteen and felony to be on her very own. better of success. wish issues paintings out.

No one wants to take her in. The best place is a police station and let the cops to find a place for her.
