My boyfriend is a very smart, attractive, nice, and popular guy. He went to a lesbian party and was ganged up by some lesbians. They raped him to threaten men that women belong to women as well as female enpowerment. Ever since that incident he hasn't felt comfortable around women except for me and his family members. The girls are going to court since there were witnesses also when he went to the clinic they found traces of a date rape drug in his blood system. How can I be a good girlfriend to my boyfriend? Will he ever trust women again?

No, I was just kidding. Serious as it is, you need to lighten up yourself if you want to help him. This is not the end of the world.
But the truth is, you can't help him unless you're a certified psychiatrist. This is something serious only psychiatrists could help. What you can do to help is find a good one together. Find one that both of you (especially he) feel most comfortable with. Be there for him (literally in some sessions I suspect). Be there in spirit when he has to attend sessions by himself. Get close to his family and create a group support atmosphere for him.
As I said before, this is not the end of the world. After some good sessions, he will come to term and believe not all women are like that, and not all lesbians are like that.

Lesbians raping men? That';s a new one on me.
I am surprised that the BF is depressed about it it might be many a mans fantasy to be gangbanged by a mob of women.
But lets say for now he is affected, your caring and tenderness towards him will help him overcome the traumatic experience, it may take time but he will heal if he is not pushed or humiliated or made to feel guilty or dirty.
There are couciling groups that are helpful in these cases. Consult a physician to get the details

Interesting if true...anyway, suggest that he goes though all the same "rape" kits that the hospital offers to women, therapy included, if you can urge him to press charges. Anyway I think this is more of a physiological problem that he would have to get over on his part, not you...although you supporting him would probably make him feel better.
As for trusting women again its up to him. A woman screwed me over 4 years and 8 months ago, on the 25th of this month, and I hate all women equally now. Anyway, good luck with everything.

Is this really true? It seems unbelieveable to me, but I guess it is inside the realm of possible.
I would think that he would have a fond memory of the event. I can't believe he's going to court. I hope that they show this on an episode of Court TV.

first off to you stupid answer people get a life shes not telling the whole story probably.
to the GF try to be supportive best as you can and get him to take some small steps at a time to get over his fears of women. im sure he wont be in that kinda situation again to get druged. if that doesnt start to help him get professional help for him good luck.
