I know this might sound untrue but sometimes its best to wait untill birth. Just looking at the baby really helps the decision. Its like a sixth sense or something.

I think for Ivy, Rose sounds very nice, but if you don't like the initials.....how about
Ivy Lynn
Ivy Mae
Ivy Marie
sorry i cant seem to think of a really great middle name.
As for Vincent Cain...it doesnt sound bad at all actually, but with King it doesnt have a flow, but then no one ever says "Vincent Cain King" The only thing i do not like about Cain is the bible reference, Cain killed Abel....im not religious, so if you arent either, that might not matter to you.
As for other middle names,
Vincent Michael
Vincent Gregory
Vincent Anthony
Vincent Marcus
Vincent Landon
Vincent Jackson
Vincent Gage
Vincent Blake
Hope ya like one of them or find what ya want!! Naming a child is harder then i thought....i have named 2 sons so far and am expecting my third in March and it seems boys names are 10 times harder (for me anyway) Good luck!!

I wouldnt pick Cain, Cane, Kain or Kane just because it's a four letter word just like the last name and it doesnt flow. As for Vincent King I think maybe Alexander-Vincent Alexander King has a nice ring but a bit too long. What about Vincent James King? That flows nice!

I think Ivy Rose is a very beautiful name. Personally I also think the initials would be funny, although I do have to agree with the others on the fact that it may not be as funny to you or your daughter a few years from now.I'm not trying to be rude or hurtful. Just honest. I like the name Vincent, but I don't think Cain works very well with it. How about Vincent Michael or Vincent Matthew. I really like the names Michael or Matthew either one. In the end though it all boils down to one thing. Whatever feels right to you. It is your baby. You are the one who is going to raising it and loving it. You are the one who has to be pregnant and carry this baby. As long as you pick a name that you love as much as you love your baby, that's the only thing that should matter to you. Congrats on the baby and good luck with the name.

Ivy is beautiful. Personally, I'd choose a longer middle name since your last name is so short, but Ivy Rose does sound nice together.
As for middle names for Vincent...
Vincent Alexander
Vincent Elijah
Vincent Ian
Vincent Jacob
Vincent Josiah
Vincent Logan
Vincent Matthew
Vincent Nathaniel
Vincent Owen
Vincent William
Happy naming, and congrats on your new baby!

You might wanna rethink the whole IRK thing... sure it's funny to you now, but what about when your kid starts getting made fun of and all that because you wanted a good laugh? I don't think it's worth it.
For the boy's middle name, what other names are you thinking about? Kane is too close to King so it won't sound as good... a longer name might sound better, like Vincent Alexander King... although I don't know if I personally like the name Alexander...
