I'm a male to female cross dresser and want to learnt to walk, speak, and act like a female. Also, is there anything I can take to make my body more feminine?

Taking female hormones will make your body more feminine, but if you're going to do that, get them prescribed (don't try to score illegal estrogen- that's a recipe for disaster). However, in order to get them, you're going to have to prove that you're transsexual and gender dysphoric (born in the wrong body). Since you're only a cross-dresser (I assume) and don't want to change sexes, it'll probably be impossible to get female hormones, so I advise you drop the whole idea.

If you want to learn to be more like a woman, I advise first and foremost to watch them. Study them and how they behave, talk, walk, etc.. Practice modelling yourself after them. You might also try looking at the following books:

Learn to walk more with your hips if you want to walk like a girl. In order to speak more like one, the only real way to get the voice is through hormones (such as birth control) but learn to articulate better and don't use cuss words. You really can't change how you act, but check how some of your gal friends act or simply ask them how to. Also, hormones will make your body become more effeminate (breasts, less muscle, less body hair, etc.)

Natural born women do not dress up all the time. It seems that most cross dressers tend to. I haven't had a dress on in many years. Soften your gestures, your walk, and your voice. Wear a bit of make up, but not tons and tons. same with hair.

Don't overdo it. Where I live there are a lot of crossdressers and they go so overboard it's not even funny. Unless you want people to know that you're a man, tone it down because real women don't overdo the hair or the makeup or the voice or the clothes. They don't swing their hips all over the place either, when they walk.

make sure to get your lipstick right. you can always tell a cross-dresser by his lips - men's lips are, well, too manly.
