My father died last Tuesday. The hardest thing was leaving the hospital with out him with us and knowing that was the last time I would see his face or hold his hand. I keep thinking everyday will be easier but it's not. The greif is the hardest thing I have ever had to deal with.

Facing the family of one of my best friends after he committed suicide. We grew apart like friends often do due to circumstances beyond our control.I still feel an immense guilt about what I may have been able to do had I made more of an effort to be a part of his life.Today was the 2 year anniversary of his death and me,his ex-wife,and his 16 year old son went down to where his ashes were spread out in the water and released some balloons and did what we plan to do as long as we are all able on this date, until we join him on the other side.It really sucks.January 10 is probably the worst day of my year,EVERY YEAR!!! When someone you love takes their own life, they leave behind family and friends who will never understand.EVER!!!
