Had a morning paper route and on the winter mornings I would come back home and my mom would have my clothes laid out by the fireplace so I coul dput on something warm and then she'd have hot cocoa & sometimes hot bisquits waiting for me.

I lived behind a church in a small community and I can remember playing football in the field with all my friends and relatives my age(8). I was an only child and the baby in a house with my Great Grand pop, Grandmother, Grandfather, Mother, Aunt, and 4 cousins. I learned how to chop wood at that age also. Yeah, I am 37 now!

my childhood memory was my first kiss i remember that i was nine he was a lot more mature than me he was thirteen year old one time I went by his crib i liked him but was scare to tell him what i did there was a light pole by his home did not know how to act so i kept going around the pole some he notice me he walk up and stand right in front of me so i stop he lift up my chin and pop kiss me on the lip i smiled and ran home he could not stand the way his brother was treating him so he ran away the next day that kiss was so special to i still dream of it on till this day and would like to see him some day but i don't think i could remember his face, it has been to long

I was 13 and was able to help my friend and her mom at work. I got paid pretty good money at a record outlet and was able to buy my own stuff without my mom around. I felt very independent.
