I just quit smoking cigarettes

I don't think there are any home remedies to quit smoking pot, but if you can quit smoking cigarettes how hard can it be to quit smoking pot. I still trying to quit the cigarettes. If you really want to quit you are just going to have to stop cold turkey.

Not that I have ever heard of. Maybe try a 12-step meeting like Narcotics Anonymous for support. It might help! Good Luck. I hope you are successful. Some of my patients chew gum or drink coffee.

I had to quit in High School for High School sports. Think about what you do when your high, and try to refraine from doing those things. Also...try smoking Salvia, its legal and it gives you a high for about 5 minutes. Most people dont like it very much. I would think if you did it 2-3 times to kinda ween you off, you could quit both.

Actually, I have heard some doctors say that a vitamin B complex supplement taken everyday does help ease cravings for anything!

you have a home phone? good. pick it up a dial your local police and tell them you are doing dope. you will quit. unless you get a hookup in jail.
