Mr. Mister says you can learn to fly again, learn to live so free.
Apparently, you take them into the air. Two rather famous authorites say you can do it, but you have to "learn".

Unfortunately I don't have wings broken or intact...but if I did I would definately take them to heaven and ask the person who gave them to me to fix them...
