You will definitely have conditioning, run play drills, hoop drills, and skill drills. In each of those categories you will have sub-categories, however your coach defines them. I'm an assistant coach for JH girls. We run them hard and fast, but have had undefeated seasons! Our girls go on to play for the HS varsity team, usually not stopping to play JV.
Like someone else mentioned, be ready to give your all. Even if you get to practice not feeling great, give everything you have that day. As a coach, another thing we appreciate is when you show up on time, or a few minutes early, eager to start, ready to go, attentive, with your head in practice the entire time, and not the first one out the door at the end of the day.
Good luck!

It's alright to be worried. The finest ball gamers in the world are all worried earlier than they play. Just attempt to calm down. The primary factor isn't to fear approximately how you'll be able to do. You have not performed on a time in awhile so you can also make a couple of errors. But it is nonetheless OK. Don't fear approximately messing up or how what pppl will consider for those who pass over or make a turnover. Just attempt to have amusing and maintain a constructive angle that you're going to make the following play. Good success and congrats

yeah im in basketball
and it depends on your
coach also because
if your coach is tough
unlike my coach she
is chill, your coach will
make you do pushups and
such everytime you do something wrong
anways you will do conditioning,
basketbal is all conditioning
and you will have layups, plays,
suicides, you will practice diving,
chattering and such stuff liek that

they pretty much said the drills, mostly runing like suicides (which are killer, but you'll get used to them) and passing shooting etc. or you can ask a friend or someone you know who maybe on the team? or is practicing too
