There are a fw things that can cause pain in the rectum.
Analk sex, hemmaroids, tumors, or in some instances the desire to defacate. Some people have extreme pain when they need to go to the toilet after they have been hanging on for a while due to no toilets being available. The pain can feel so extreme it can bring you to your knees. If you can get to the toilte and relive yoursel the pain goes away.
