You REALLY need to see a doctor and have an ultrasound done, whether internal or external. It could be an ectopic pregnancy, which is where the egg is fertilized and implants itself into one of your Fallopian tubes. It is very painful, and could be very harmful to you and your unborn child. My best advice is to get to your doctor ASAP. Don't take no for an answer if they're busy, and if they can't get you in for a week or two and it persists or gets worse, then go to your nearest ER and MAKE them do an ultrasound and a physical exam to see if you really are pregnant and if so or even if not, what is causing this pain. Good Luck and I hope that all goes well.

You definitely ought to see the general practitioner approximately this-an obstetrician/gynecologist.. It does now not sound like you're certain what's going on and also you ought to fully grasp it via having a Dr. provide an explanation for. If you cannot devour, that's now not well as you and the child want nutrients. Call the Dr., and inform them you ought to be visible at present. They will do an ultrasound, absolutely, and provide an explanation for to you what's going on. Don't be afraid, treatment has come some distance within the final few years-when you've got fibroids and cysts those are matters that may be lived with and handled. You want aid, and you want the aid of a worrying Dr. and his employees to get you via this being pregnant. Also, you can also desire to speak to a well pal or counselor approximately your emotions approximately your mother's loss of life and observe that this being pregnant or any others you might have are your pregnancies, now not historical past repeating, however character new parties. Every being pregnant is specific. Please get to a Doctor and ask your questions. And believe higher.

Be careful, you could be having a miscarriage or an atopic pregnancy, which means its in the tube and those are very dangerous. I have had 4 miscarriages and I feel your pain. Then again your uterus could just be preparing to stretch and and is causing some cramps but they shouldn't be bad. If you are spotting or bleeding then you need to go to the nearest emergency room. Good Luck!

Could be growing pains. I had them from about 5 weeks untilabout 20 weeks. Stress will make it worse no matter what the problem. I would see a OB pretty soon either way.
