i have started using tampons during my period and now when i get aroused it feels as though something swells or protrudes or is just made more obvious

Sometimes it is because the tampon your using give infections. You should try to stop using tampons and see if your pain still occurs if so see your doctor.

it is unlikely to get aiece of penis stuck in the vagina. See a Doc and make sure there is nothing serious with you
