If he just told you or other doctors in the office there is no privacy broken. The privacy is broken when he tells someone outside of his care team or outside of your child's caregivers. This is grounds for suing and you should contact a lawyer who will instruct you on your rights and what you need to make a case.

You need to contact the AMA, (American Medical Association) or the Local Medical board in your city or county. The states have their own Medical board as well. Look in the phone book. But I would report him too.

Maybe perhaps you should provide more information. What you have done here is not enough to make a reasonable decision. Or better yet, maybe you should consult with a lawyer and let him decide if you have a reasonable case.

pusue charges & report him to all you can, get his job taken or at least suspended, make what he did known to as many as you can.
