Well, i've been trying to hook my computer to my TV so i can see everything that is on my monitor on the TV. I bought this

well, having some trouble, it comes with a red and white video connectors, and a female s-video and female c-video that is connected to a usb device. well, obviously i couldnt connect the female parts to the other female parts at the back of the TV, so i was thinking about male- to male connector. but anyway, am i playing this all wrong? i dont know what to do! help!

You'll need a standard composite and/or S-video cable, like the kind you use to hook your DVD player up to your TV. If you don't have one laying around the house, you can find one at Best Buy, Wal-Mart, Radioshack, etc. Maybe even Jewel.

Edit: now that I look at it again, the above answerer is correct.

what you got will let you see your tv on the computer
there should already be a red, white and yellow cable going into the tv take it out and plug it into your device
but to see you computer on the tv you will need another type of device

... it looks like it works the other way around ... its to bring external video into the pc ...

if ur computer and ur tv has s-video use that. it willl be much easier
