Insurance can cover it if you have any health issues.
First go to Nordstrom or JCPenney to get your correct bra size. 80% of women are wearing the wrong size bra!
It all depends on how much is taken out, and how much the insurance company requires to be taken out for insurance coverage. I had to have 600 total out of me, and I ended up with over 2000 total taken out.
I went from a 38J to a 38C and I love it.
Check out http://www.breasthealthonline.com for more information and where a LOT of women go to get support and advice from others who have gone through the experience.
Some people mention scars. They can take up to a year to fade, but if you get Mederma, ScarGuard, or Palmers Cocoa Butter or Palmers Scar Serum they have no problem with fading. My scars are 95% gone!!
And tons of people consider breast reductions, if you check out that site you will see! :)

.Because you don't really know your cup size, you are probably going to a department store to buy your bras., and are probably bulging or falling out of your bra no matter what you try on. Go to a specialty shop to be fitted for the proper sized bra. A,B,C or D cups don't mean a thing in a department store as every brand has a different idea of what they are. No small wonder, they are mostly made in China where most women are small busted. At a specialty shop, you will be fitted with a bra you can't find in department stores. My wife had this problem until she saw on an Oprah show how most women don't know how to fit themselves in a bra,and suggested a specialty shop. You would be surprised how they improved the looks of average women right off the street, both large and small busted. My wife tried it and will never go to a department store again, and she is as big or bigger than you are. Women are spending big bucks to try to get what you have naturally, and can never really obtain what you have. Once you reduce them, you never can get them back

I don't think there's any limit to how small you can make them, but they usually don't recommend getting a breast reduction unless it is causing medical problems. I understand exactly how you feel, but think about all the people who would like to be as well-endowed as you are. If you get them too small, it is likely that you'll regret it. Good luck.

I do not think you can enlarge or reduce the size of breasts as iy is not manufactured by human beings. You are the first one want to reduce the size as everybody here ask questions to enlarge them
