We had one. Yes, then some guy scared us all into giving up our freedoms and privacy. Now it is a useless document that we can see a copy of for $5.00. I do not like HSA, I do not agree with HSA or The Patriot Act. FEMA use to work fine, after Andrew ravaged the USA the citizens were in some shelter and had food and water. Toady you can hardly notice that 1/6th of Florida was destroyed by that storm. Thank you FEMA you worked. But there is no need for FEMA now, becuase the Storms are part of an Islamic plot to to something. So now we ignore the noble words, and we arrest people without warrant, we tortue people for information that we suspect they might have. No this is not the America I was born in, this is not the Living Constitution. This is death rolled over.

Yes we have a living Constitution. But these days it is in a choke hold by fools.

We definately do. While some changes have to be made to deal with the times, it still gives us the guidelines to follow.
