I just bought a zen v plus last week. it was kinda cool until i saw this black line on the screen and messes up video watching. and i cant return it back because i already cut part of the box to send the rebate. any ideas how to fix my screen? and no, it is not dirty.

...why cant you take it back ..and what kinda rebate did u get i just got one no reabate..lol.....i like it i have no problems with mine....black line is it only on video ...or is it a constant thing?.....did u try n call the place where u bought it n explain to them about it and the whole box thing maybe they will exchange it for you anyway?.....im guessin u didnt get one of those protection plans..?...yes contact creative but still just call the place where u purchased it..where did u buy it from ill call for u if u wish

There should be at least a one-year manufacturer's warranty with the zen v plus. Try contacting creative directly and see if they can get you a replacement. You probably got a lemon.
