Seattle, Washington and Portland, Orgeon. Chico, Calif is also good, but be careful! Chico people are incredible nice, but it's hard to make a true friend over here no matter who you are.

My mom moved me from Ohio to California. Although it is a little better for me here, there is still racism here. It will probably be everywhere you go
