Amount of blood volume is determined by body weight. Since on average Men tend to weight more than women, it could be said that they also have more blood. However, a 200lb woman will have more blood than a 150lb man.

No. The normal blood count (Hemoglobin and Hematocrit) is higher for a man than for a woman so generally a man has more blood than a woman.

No, our bodies just know when it needs to make a little more for certain times. Then it is still hard thats one reason why we get so cranky. It gets hard to move and do the thing you need to do when your iron level drops.(from loss of blood) It's not because we get lazy.
