How do I find who is calling my wife's cell with a restricted number?

I was looking at my wifes cell phone and it has restricted, I cannot call it back to get the number.... How do I find out who she is talking to without asking her?

If your name is also on the phone bill, you may be able to call up your provider, and ask them to some more research on the issue. Personally, I would ask to speak to a supervisor, because you may get stuck with somebody who has been working there 1 week and doesn't know much about the internal workings of the company. But as said before, you may be able to say it is harassing. Perhaps you should check to see what #'s your wife is calling.
When the other person is calling your wife, they have to dial (or have her in speed dial), which means that there is a record of it in their phone.
If your wife has the kind of phone that lists the outgoing calls (my Treo 600 has a call log going back months and months), write all of those #'s down, then go over the list and cross off each # that you know (like her mother, your cell #, your home phone) and then research the additional #'s in a reverse phone lookup online.
Then when you narrow it down to a couple or so, call those #'s from a pay phone, and don't say anything. Just listen to them say 'hello?' and see if you recognize the voice. It may turn out to be her father that is calling her 'anonymously.'
It won't give you a final answer, but it will help out a bit.

Contact the service provider.

Play it off as though its "your" cell phone and someone is continually calling you from a resricted number (hint to the person its a growing problem.. i.e. harrassment).

Ask them for the number that appears restricted.
