It is illegal in WI which really only gives a lean in the courtroom in divorce and child custody cases.

It depends on 2 variables:
1. Does the affair offer him more time to do what he wants to such as golf, fishing or hunting with less nagging?

and

2. Is the affair actually helping to finance the bitches shopping habit?

If he can answer yes to either or both of these questions I say keep your mouth shut and use it as leverage later later in life. If he answers no to both then find a deep lake and hold her head under till the bubbles stop! Just kidding about the bubbles!

Breaking a vow makes that person worse than an infidel.
Give her the boot and tell her to move in with her free lance partner.
who personally cares if it legal or not, its morally wrong.

Nobody's ever been fined or jailed because they cheated on their spouse but it is extremely immoral. Sorry to hear about what happened to your brother.

Hahahahahaha, what? Hahahahahahaha! Illegal..hahahahahaha. I bet if you searched you'd find that some states say that sodomy is illegal, but no one is being punished for it. Get over it. He should do what he feels is best.

Its illegal and immoral everywhere in the USA. He should decide if he wants to work it out and go to couples therapy or file for divorce.

It is not upto us to interfere in the private matter of other people. Even if you tell the police, they're not gonna do anything about it.
