I've been told that driving with the fuel tank indicator near E helps to ween a truck off of gasoline.

Here's what you do: you go up to the guy who told you that and you say: "haha, you really got me that time . . . that was a good one!".

YEAH!!! Fill the tank with whisky...then when the truck doesn't run...pull the fuel line, drink the whisky, and stagger home. An internal combustion engine HAS to have a fuel to burn. Without fuel the truck will not run.

I can't help but laugh! Are you going to starve it to death? Don't do anything stupid. If it's a gasoline engine then it requires GASOLINE. It may be able to use a mixer of ethanol and gasoline. I would definitely check the owners manual or a good mechanic. You could damage your engine. Don't do anything you are not familiar with.

Sure, Nothing to it. Drive it into the back yard and use it for a trash can on wheels.

i dont what kind of weed the people uve been asking have been smoking but truth is gas engines need gas to run diesel trucks need diesel//good luck

yup, once it gets empty, you wont have a need for gas anymore.
