I'm a bit confused by what you mentioned is that the song is sung by mother and child. Else, all i know about the very famous song is from the movie "PUKAR".

The original sitcom was with Doris Day & later a movie, I think was called "Young at Heart" w/ Doris Day & Frank Sinatra
