My VZW bill online will only show the number of txt msgs sent or received, domestic and international. The detailed billing section will show the source/destination of each message, as well as the date/time of message. The actual messages themselves won't be shown.

But I'm sure someone who cares can try to figure out things like txting patterns and frequency just by looking at the detailed record.

On any cell phone company, the bill (online and in paper form) will show the phone number where the text message was sent follow by the word text for text messaging. The message that was text will never be printed or shown on your monthly bill.
