You might try some of Amazon's international sites. (You can do this through their Amazon.com site - the stores are listed on the bottom. What they offer is NOT cross listed with the US site.) You could also post on eBay's Want It Now - someone out there might see your request and be able to hook you up with a copy.

If you know the ISBN for this particular book, you can also search on www.addall.com and/or www.fetchbook.info. Both of them are hooked into many on-line sites. Even if you don't know the ISBN, you can use the author's name or title, but with this book, you're going to have many editions to look at.
