Relationship is build on trust and once it is broken, it would take both parties tremendous efforts to build it up again.
Do talk to her and let her know that by maintaining their relationship (between your gf and that guy) will only harm your relationship and not strengthening it. Thus if she is sincere in getting back together with you, both you and her should avoid involving in issues/matters that can cause confusion.

If you are giving her the benefit of your trust then she should give you the respect of not talking to this guy. She may never cheat on you again but you don't need that past betrayal rubbed in your face. Your relationship should be a big priority for her and ask her not to talk to him any more. Relationships are about compromise, let her know that you are willing to compromise for her but that this issue makes you see red and you don't want that ugliness affecting your relationship.

You can not demand her to stop talking to him. Tell her it hurts you that she calls him up several times a day and if she is serious about you- she will limit her phone calls/conversations.
If she does not, you know she does not really care for you. In that case you may be you are better of without her!

No, if you guys are back together then she needs to know that there are certain limitations, and i would be concerned if shes doing more then just making phone calls to this guy, if i were you i would make my statement loud and clear and if she refuses again, then forget her, and move on

You should demand she quit talking to YOU. She sounds very immature and inconsiderate. She should have stopped talking to him on her own already.
