I really like John Frusciante, and RHCP too. He is the best guitar player!!!

I'm a John Frusciante fan. And I looove all his old stuff too. Niadra La Des and Usually Just a T-Shirt is my fav album. John's music is something I can't describe, great, all those weird sounds, beautiful melodies, brilliant lyrics... it makes you think about his past life, his drugs past, makes you sad, makes you happy. It's beautiful. I love songs like "As Can Be", "My Smile Is A Rifle", "Running Away Into You", "Ten To Butter Blood Voodoo", untitled songs are great, like #2, #3, #6, #10, #11 and #12. Smile From The Streets You Hold, is my 2nd fav album, is great too, it's darker than Niandra I think, songs like "Life's A Bath", "A Fall Thru The Ground", "Poppy Man","I'm Always", "Femininity" and "Height Down", something fantastic, His EP "Estrus", contains a beautiful song, "Outside Space", omg, i love that song. His stuff before 1998 is ok, TROWFTD is beautiful too, "In Rime" is my fav song, then SCWP, great album too. The 6 albums in 6 months are ok, i like a few songs. I'm waiting for his new work. I hope I like it. John is a genius, his work with the Peppers is amazing, specially old school times... BSSM, what a great album! I love his appearence on the Funky Monks dvd, he is so... i don't know... amazing.
Good Luck!

JF is awesome. As I listen more and more, TROWFTD has become my fave (Away & Anywhere is my fave tune on the disc). I love his acoustic rendition of SCWP that he has on his site (esp. The Slaughter). JF is one of those very rare musicians who sound awesome regardless of how stripped down or amped up the songs are. I hope someday he'll put out a compilation of all the short cover songs he does live- I have many of them via bootleg but would like better quality. Nice to meet another fan!
