there are vending machines in some bathrooms that dispense cheap imitations of expensive colongnes. so when she says he is splashing on all 2 dollars of that bathroom polo....she means that he is putting the whole container on. You know you have smelled those guys that bathed in their cologne...put on too much...ugh.
