What freeware for Windows will let me slow down a piece of music (without changing the pitch) and loop it?

SlowBlast isn't behaving itself. Any others out there? I really want something simple - thanks!

You can do this in Windows Media Player. In the toolbar,
go to Play -> Play Speed. You can only do this whie playing a song. Plus, it cannot be done if the file being played is a WAV. But that's about as simple as it gets.
